Now that Courier has been unveiled to the awaiting public. It's time for his more anonymous and sensible cousin to step into the spotlight as well.

Keeping track of your website

Concierge keeps track of what parts of your website is currently in use, it tells you how many times a macro has been used, how many pages use a specific template and when an will action handler execute.

Billede 1 Billede 2

While knowing all these things is great, it is even better that your website developers can append comments to any component, thereby effectively generating a manual for the end-users you can print and spread joy at the office with.

Billede 3 Billede 8

Everything can have a comment attached, so your editors never again have to wonder what the template "News 2007 dev v2" actually does, because Concierge will tell them.

Helping you debug

Concierge also helps you analyse your log. Search log entries by user, pages, or log entry types.

And if that isn't enough to find the infomation you need, then search is available.

No more scrolling through hundreds of entries to find that failing search component. Just search for "lucene" and pick the error type, and you get the informtation you need instantly.

Available for pro subscribers

Concierge is part of the Umbraco Pro package, and is available to all our pro customers free of charge. Concierge is Umbraco 3.0.x compatible as well as compatible with Umbraco 4.0 beta 1.
